LCSW

Molly is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who works with older teens, adults, and couples navigating life’s challenges and transitions. She supports clients through concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, women’s issues, relationship struggles, and parenting stress, helping them find balance, meaning, and connection in their daily lives.

Drawing from an eclectic mix of approaches including DBT, ACT, Gottman Method, and trauma-informed therapy, Molly tailors her work to meet each client’s unique needs. She believes everyone has the capacity for healing and growth when given a safe and compassionate space to explore, reflect, and heal.

In her work, Molly brings a calm and grounded presence, empowering clients to recognize their inner strengths, self-compassion, and create lasting change. Outside of the therapy room, she enjoys being in nature, hiking, camping, and gardening.
