The receptionists are so sweet every time I come in, I’ve received care from Melanie and Marci and both of them have been so kind, understanding, accommodating especially when it comes to me being transgender and queer. If I need my appointment moved they are always happy to help. Amazing service always, this place is genuinely so wonderful.
I have seen Melanie for the past couple years, and have had such a great introductory experience into finding meditation for my mental health. I feel so heard, and supportive by her, and trust her dosing the most out of any dr I’ve been to. I would recommend if you’re nervous about seeing mental health care, to come here! They are so knowledgeable, kind, and safe, I have only good things to say about my experience with functional minds!

Jordan Musgrave has been the best provider I have ever worked with. She's very personal, attentive, and knowledgeable. She and her team always follow-up with anything I need and make you feel very comfortable. I highly recommend them.
I saw Jordan Musgrave to see about adjusting my meds. Going to a place that specializes in these areas are so much better than using a General Practitioner.

Melanie Nelson is the best!! She is compassionate, listens very well, and is an expert in her field. One thing I appreciate is that she accommodates questions when discussing a treatment plan and genuinely cares about her patients as people, I've worked with her for over two years and have seen a huge increase in my health from working with her. If you can get in, I recommend her to anyone.

Melanie is a wonderful psychiatrist nurse practitioner. In my experience with her, I have observed her skillfully use her knowledge about a variety of conditions that effect the brain to guide her evidence- based practices for medication management. Along with her incredible knowledge, she has a very kind and caring bedside manner. I feel that I can come to her with any issue involving my mental health and trust she will provide excellent care, there has been significant improvement with my mental health in the past two years I have worked with her. , I would highly recommend her services to anyone needing medication management for their mental health needs.

Absolute best psychological service I've experienced. Melanie is amazing. She makes us feel absolutely comfortable, she is knowledgeable and helpful, explains things well, asks good questions to make sure she understands, goves options and great guidance without being pushy or putting you in a box.

I am beyond thankful for the care I received while I was being seen by Melanie Neilson. I started seeing her when we relocated to Utah in 2020. Melanie and her team have always been accommodating when I needed any appointment changes.What I love about Melanie… she listens and truly cares.
