Originally from Arizona, now a proud Utah transplant. The move has been part of her journey in both personal and professional growth, and she has come to really appreciate the balance and beauty this new chapter brings.
Jessenia has a Master’s degree in Forensic Psychology and a strong background working in behavioral health hospital settings. Her experience has given her a deep understanding of human behavior, mental health challenges, and the importance of compassionate, evidence-based care. In the words of Alfred Adler: “The only normal people are the ones you don’t know very well.” It’s a reminder that what we perceive as “normal” is shaped by our unique experiences, and true understanding comes from embracing the complexity of human behavior.
Outside of work, she is all about finding balance. Most of the time you will find her caring for her plant babies around the house. She also love spending quality time with her family, enjoying the company of her animals, and capturing moments through photography. Those everyday moments of peace and connection keep her grounded and inspired allowing her to bring her best self to both her personal life and professional endeavors.
